Sky Juwelier attaches great importance to satisfied customers. That is why Sky Juwelier gives a guarantee on all jewelry. Warranty that matches your purchase.

As standard, you are entitled to the standard applicable legal warranty. Dutch law states that you as a consumer can expect a product to be 'good' for a logical period of time. This means that you can assume that the product you ordered will last for an expected period of time with normal use. Sky jeweler gives a 3-month warranty on all silver jewelry and a 6-month warranty on all gold jewelry. Within the warranty period, you can return a defective product to us for repair or - if repair fails - replacement for an equivalent product.

If the instructions given by Sky Juwelier and the manufacturer are not adhered to, or if you have used the product incorrectly or have not carried out any maintenance on the product, you are not entitled to any form of repair, replacement or compensation. The possibility to invoke any form of warranty also expires if the product has been processed.

Watch damage to the glass, strap, crown and battery (after 12 months) and other damage resulting from the use of a product are not covered by the supplier's warranty. The warranty expires immediately if you open the watch yourself, in case of incorrect use and in case of water damage (with the exception of waterproof watches, see water resistance). If damage falls within the warranty, repair work will be carried out by the relevant supplier. But of course we will handle that for you.

The following are not covered by the warranty:
Breakage (unless it is a demonstrable production error).
Damage due to normal wear and tear, incorrect use or treatment.
Discoloration due to the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray.
Discoloration due to high acidity of the skin.
Processing by a party other than Sky jeweller.

In order to enjoy your Sky jeweler jewelry for a long time, it is important to handle your jewelry with care. Sky jeweler jewelry is carefully made from first-class materials, but it remains a piece of jewelry. So always be careful with it.
