What should I do once I have placed an order?

After receiving your order and the associated payment, Sky Juwelier will immediately start working for you to process your order quickly and correctly.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

As soon as we have packed and shipped your order, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code from PostNL parcel service, with which you can track the delivery status of your order.

How do I know if the payment was successful?

Each completed order will be confirmed by e-mail with an order confirmation. After payment, an email with payment confirmation will also be sent. It is therefore important to enter the email address correctly! The order confirmation by e-mail is not proof of payment, but indicates that the order procedure has been completed successfully and that we
have received the order. Sky Juwelier is entitled to refuse orders or request additional information.

What if I have a problem during payment?

If it is not possible to pay even though you have already placed the product in your shopping cart and created an account, we recommend that you delete your browser history (see top right of the internet browser, history, clear history). . What if a product is sold out?

Delivery & Delivery

What is the delivery time of an order?

How is my package shipped?

Your package will be presented well packaged to the postal company. From that moment on, the postal company takes care of shipping and delivery.

Can my order be packaged?

Yes. We specialize in repairing jewelry. Thanks to our many years (more than 50 years) of expertise as a goldsmith, we can repair almost anything. We do most of them ourselves, in our shop. Because we carry out the repairs ourselves, you never have to wait long for your jewelry. Small repairs are often completed the same day.

Do you also engrave jewelry?

How do I know my ring size?

A handy way to calculate the circumference of your finger yourself is to put a ribbon or string around it and measure the number of millimeters with a measuring tape. Make sure you remove the ribbon or

How do I know my wrist size?

Your wrist size is not the same as a bracelet size; for your bracelet size, add a few centimeters to your wrist size.

Yes. We specialize in repairing watches. We have more than 50 years of experience in repairing watches. You can contact Sky jeweler for almost all types of repair, restoration and/or advice for your precious watch. We do this ourselves, in our store. Because we carry out the repairs ourselves, you never have to wait long for your watch. We also have most parts in stock.
Minor repairs can often be completed while you wait. For a major repair you often do not have to wait longer than a few working days.

Do you also replace batteries?

Yes. We replace most batteries for 12 euros.

How can I best maintain my watch?

Wind a mechanically
always watch clockwise. Make sure you remove the watch from your wrist to prevent damage to the mechanism. Avoid contact with chemical products and exposure to heavy impacts and shocks, even if your watch is 'shock tested'. In addition, we recommend not exposing the watch to extreme temperature differences.

If you regularly expose your watch to water, we recommend having your watch checked annually for water resistance. Please note: always make sure that the screw/crown remains closed! See the regulations under “Water resistance” to see to what extent you can expose your watch to water. Is water or condensation getting into you?

How do you maintain a steel watch strap?
Metal bands can be washed gently with water. When the band
is very dirty, you can use a soft toothbrush with some
soap and water to remove the dirt. Then you should rinse it well with water and dry it carefully with a soft cloth. Like your watch
is not waterproof, please make sure there is no water in you
watch arrives. The watch case can be gently wiped clean with a damp soft cloth and then dried.

How do you maintain a leather watch strap?
Leather straps should be worn looser in the summer as they will absorb sweat. When the band is worn tightly around the wrist
