RETURNS

At Sky Juwelier, you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order. You can inform us of this via our contact form. From that point on, you must return the product within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for the return costs.

The item is returned in the same condition as you received it from us, which means:

• The product has not been worn/used, but you can of course try it on.
• The product is undamaged, no minor scratches due to wearing damage.
• In the protective original product packaging.
• The instructions for use are included.
• Any certificates are attached.
• All labels, stickers and such are still attached

• Unfortunately, engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returns can only be processed within the stated inspection or return period.
